Using RRH does not, by itself, waive attorney-client privilege or work-product protection. We treat uploaded documents and case data as confidential, and our encryption, matter-aware access controls, audit records, and provider contracts are designed to support counsel's existing confidentiality obligations. Counsel controls firm-selected case membership and ordinary sharing; limited, logged RRH administrator and subprocessor access is confined to the operational purposes disclosed in our Privacy Policy. Particular privilege determinations still depend on the matter and governing law.

Never. Your documents do not train our models or any provider's general-purpose models. We enforce that boundary through commercial/API provider tiers. Production configured-router requests pass through TrustedRouter under contractual data-processing and no-logging obligations that flow through to approved providers. Only the people you grant case access can use your documents in the ordinary course. Each case has granular permissions: full access for your team, read-only viewer access for clients (free and unlimited), or complete privacy from other customer organizations. Limited RRH administrator and subprocessor access is confined to the support, security, maintenance, legal, and other operational purposes disclosed in our Privacy Policy and Terms, and administrator access is logged.
